2012 Player Registration

• Registration is now open to all players
• New player registration/fitting day to TBA

All registration materials MUST be forwarded by US Mail and reflect a postmark date within the indicated registration period(s). The following materials must be included for the registration to be accepted and processed.

1) A completed and signed PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM.
2) A signed PARENTAL CODE of CONDUCT.
3) A copy of the participant's BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
4) A CHECK or MONEY ORDER in the amount of $180 made
payable to RS Youth Football League.

Any registrations received that are void of one or more of the above listed, will be considered incomplete and will not be processed until the League is in receipt of all indicated registration materials.

Financial assistance: It is the objective to the Roland Story Charger Board to make youth football accessible to players regardless of financial standing. If a potential participant is in need of financial assistance to register for a team, please contact Brent Lester to inquire about financial aid.

21 August '12: First Day full pads may be utilized
26 August '12: Picture Day starting at 5PM
08 - 09 September '12: League Scrimmages West Des Moines Valley Stadium
15 - 16 September '12: League Play Begins
15-16 September '12: WEEK 1
22-23 September '12: WEEK 2
29-30 September '12: WEEK 3
06-07 October '12: WEEK 4
13-14 October '12: WEEK 5 (Regular Season Concludes)
20-21 October '12: Post Season Play / Division Championship Games

Roland Story Youth Football Sponsorship

Our teams had a great season in 2011 and are excited to be starting our third season this fall. We are currently seeking sponsors for the 2012 season. We would appreciate your support and sponsorship this year. With your sponsorship you are acknowledged on the team t-shirt, website, a banner at the home games, and announced during the home games. Your donation goes towards equipment, scholarships, and practice/game day supplies.
